Years ago I stopped playing football due to injuries. When I told my coach I was done playing AND why.. He just told me that I was making a terrible decision and in a couple years I would have dropped out of school and been over 300 pounds. (I was pushing 285 when I stopped playing).
One of the reasons why I love what I do is because this happens to people all the time. Not just in sports. But family members, “friends” telling you you’ll never be good enough.

Now I get to use small pieces of my journey to show you that you can do the same thing. Everyone starts somewhere. Let them talk. Then let them watch.
